1. Fill in the application form on our website. 2. We review your application and contact you for a verification call. 3. We send you a laptop offer. 4. If you accept the offer, you send us your financial documents. This may include: • M-PESA statements • Bank statements 5. We carry out a credit assessment. 6. If approved, we send you the agreement to sign. 7. After the agreement is signed, we carry out KYC verification. 8. Once KYC is complete, we arrange delivery or pickup. 9. You pay the deposit and first monthly payment at delivery or pickup.

12 months. After 12 months the laptop is yours to keep.

Yes. Once you complete your payment plan, the X1X Intelligence system is fully unlocked, and you gain 100% permanent ownership of the device.

X1X Intelligence is designed to manage your schedule automatically. If a payment is missed, the device will be temporarily locked. Once the payment is made via M-Pesa, the laptop unlocks instantly.

We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. If you experience a documented loss of income or extreme hardship that makes continuing payments impossible, you can apply for the X1X BuyBack Program.

If you facing serious financial hardship , instead of facing penalties, you return the business-grade device to us. We then evaluate the laptop's current market value and your total payment progress to provide a fair payout, ensuring you don't walk away empty-handed.

When your device is ready for delivery or collection, we send you a secure M-Pesa payment link by SMS or WhatsApp. You use that link to pay — no Paybill number, no manual entry. Monthly payments work the same way. We send the link, you pay via M-Pesa, done.

Both. We deliver to your location in Nairobi and surrounding areas. If you prefer to collect, we can arrange that too. Our team will confirm the best option with you during the approval process.

K-Lock™ is our device management system pre-installed on every X1X laptop. It keeps the device secure during your payment period. If a payment is missed, K-Lock™ temporarily restricts the device. Once you pay, it unlocks automatically. When you complete your 12 months, K-Lock™ is permanently removed and the device is fully yours.

Report it to the police immediately and send us the police abstract within 48 hours. Financial obligations under your agreement remain until the contract is complete — we strongly recommend getting your device insured. Contact us and we will advise on next steps.

No. There are no hidden fees, processing charges, or admin costs. From day one, your total cost is made up of exactly two things: • Security deposit — paid at the time of device handover. • Monthly payment — a fixed amount, the same every month, for 12 months. Both amounts are clearly stated in your agreement before you sign. What you see is what you pay. No surprises, ever.

No. The X1X PAYGO plan is a fixed 12-month commitment and early settlement is not available. Your monthly payment amount is fixed and remains the same every month. At the end of your 12-month plan, the laptop is fully and permanently yours — no final payment, no extra cost. If you are experiencing serious financial hardship and can no longer continue payments, please see our BuyBack Program option instead.
